The customer is responsible for the return.
You as the customer, are responsible for ensuring that the shipment reaches us. An opened package will not be accepted when exercising the right of withdrawal.
In case of an incorrect return.
You as the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging as you received it and with a traceable shipment, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping caused by your negligence, such as improper packaging of the product.
Refund.
We will refund you only after we have received your shipment. The refund will be made via the payment method you used to pay for the product. If you made your purchase through customer support and were invoiced by MYoroface, you should also provide bank, clearing, and account numbers for the refund.
Please note that for returns from Norway and the UK, correct documents are required for returns back to the EU. This is necessary to avoid extra costs from your side. MYoroface provides all the documents you need to avoid extra costs completely free of charge.
