When buying remotely, as a private person, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal (does not apply to companies).
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. Please note that, due to health and hygiene reasons, you do not have the right to regret your purchase of medical devices or other sealed hygiene-related items if you have broken the seal of the product packaging, for example, by removing tape or breaking other sealing of the product.
Contact customer support before returning the package and provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Order/customer number, which you can find on the order confirmation, delivery note, or invoice
- Which products you regret and want to return.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and it must be done within 14 days from the day you notified customer support about your regretted purchase. You are responsible for the product and its condition until it reaches us. Therefore, we always recommend that you send the product with a traceable shipment.
Important: Sending the product back to us without contacting us first will involve additional costs in customs that you will have to cover and that will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that as a private individual, you do not exercise your right of withdrawal solely by failing to collect, pick up, or accept your delivery.
In the case of uncollected delivery, MYoroface is entitled to charge a fee of GBP 34.
Only when we have received your return and checked the seals can we issue a refund. We will refund using the same payment method you used to pay for the product.
