- DHL Express: If you are not at home when DHL tries to deliver, they will send you an SMS or an email with details of when you can collect your package from a nearby collection point.
- UPS Standard: If you are not at home when UPS tries to deliver, they will send an email to you with details of when you can collect your order from a nearby collection point.
